Christopher Spalding

Christopher Spalding has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently working as a Cook at Ninkasi Brewing since February 2020 and as a Line Cook at Marché since June 2018. Previously, Christopher served as a Sous Chef at The Cafe from June 2012 to June 2018. Christopher holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Des Moines Area Community College, where studies were completed between 2015 and 2018.
