Ambre Spiteri

Ambre Spiteri is currently serving as a junior buyer at NINKASI since September 2023, following a similar role at the same company from May to July 2023. Responsibilities include purchasing raw materials, negotiating contracts, sourcing products, creating logistics for a new restaurant, conducting financial statistical studies, and managing tenders. Previous experience includes a position as a multi-channel sales associate at Decathlon France and an internship in communication, marketing, and event management at Sun7 boulevard. Ambre has also held leadership roles, notably as vice-president of a student project for Alticiades Lyon, and has a foundational background in negotiation and marketing from a first-year internship at Laboratoire Ciaffoloni. Ambre is pursuing a degree in the Grande École program with a focus on purchasing at INSEEC, complemented by a DUT in marketing techniques from IUT Lyon 1 and a general baccalaureate in economics.
