Ambre Spiteri is currently serving as a junior buyer at NINKASI since September 2023, following a similar role at the same company from May to July 2023. Responsibilities include purchasing raw materials, negotiating contracts, sourcing products, creating logistics for a new restaurant, conducting financial statistical studies, and managing tenders.
