Chef Annette Iaquaniello currently serves as Pastry Manager and Pastry Chef at Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace since March 2022, while also working as a Culinary Instructor at Dorsey College since July 2021. Previous experience includes roles as Kitchen Manager and Pastry Chef at Guernsey Farms Dairy (April 2019 - April 2022), Externship Coordinator at Dorsey Schools (August 2016 - May 2020), and Chef Manager at both Compass Group USA (February 2015 - August 2016) and Unidine (August 2014 - February 2015). Chef Annette started as Culinary Lead Instructor at Dorsey Schools - Roseville (March 2009 - August 2014). Chef Annette holds an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Schoolcraft College (1986-1989) and attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts from 2012 to 2014.
