Chelsea Bates

Chelsea Bates is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Principal HR Business Partner at Nintendo since June 2020. Previously, Chelsea held various HR roles at Seattle Children's from April 2015 to 2020, including Senior HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, HR Generalist, and HR Assistant, where responsibilities ranged from managing employee relations issues to overseeing visa sponsorship processes and enhancing onboarding procedures.
