Jenny Kiernan

Jenny Kiernan is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources roles. Currently serving as Principal, HR Business Partner at TPG since March 2021, previously held the position of Director, Human Resources Business Partner at TPG Angelo Gordon. Between July 2017 and November 2019, Jenny was Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner at Macquarie Group, where responsibilities included providing HR support to over 500 staff in the Commodities & Global Markets team across the US and Canada, alongside managing complex employee relations scenarios. Jenny holds a Bachelor's Degree in English from SUNY New Paltz and has participated in a study abroad program at Middlesex University focused on English Literature.
