Brad del Matto

Brad Del Matto has extensive experience in the field of tax management and corporate planning. Brad started their career at Microsoft in 1995 as a Manager in Corporate Tax Planning and Tax Attorney. Brad then served as a Director in the same department from 1998 to 2000, where they were responsible for planning, drafting, and negotiating tax matters for various corporate activities. From 2001 to 2010, Brad held the positions of Senior Director, General Manager, and Tax Attorney at Microsoft, focusing on corporate tax planning.

In 2011, they joined Dendreon Corporation as the Vice President of Tax before moving on to Yahoo in 2013, where they served as a Senior Director responsible for international tax and general corporate planning. Following their time at Yahoo, Brad joined Tax Management Services LLC in 2014 as a Managing Director, overseeing tax matters.

Currently, Brad works as the Vice President of Global Tax at Nintex, a position they have held since 2015. In this role, they manage global tax operations and strategies for the company. Overall, Brad Del Matto has a proven track record in tax management and has held various leadership roles in reputable companies throughout their career.

Brad Del Matto has a J.D. degree from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law. Brad also holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration (with an Accounting Major) from the University of Arizona. In addition, they have a Masters of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
