Stephen Quimpo P.g.

Stephen Quimpo, P.G. is an experienced geologist with a strong background in geotechnical and environmental sciences. Since July 2019, Stephen has worked as a Project Geologist and Senior Staff Geologist at Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical and Environmental Sciences Consultants. Prior to this role, Stephen served as a Staff Geologist at Trinity Geotechnical Engineering Inc. from February 2016 to June 2019. Stephen has also held leadership positions within academic organizations, including serving as Treasurer for the Society of Exploration Geophysicists - Cal Poly Pomona Student Chapter, where responsibilities included financial management and community advocacy for geophysics. Stephen's research experience as a Project-Specific Graduate Research Assistant at Cal Poly Pomona involved testing geoscience applications, and prior involvement with Engineers Without Borders as an E-Council Representative enhanced communication with engineering communities. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology with an emphasis on Geophysics/Earth Exploration from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
