Ashton Vonnahme

Ashton Vonnahme is a Project Geologist at OceanaGold Corporation since April 2021, with previous experience as an Exploration Geologist. Prior to this position, Vonnahme served as a Substitute Teacher at All Saints Catholic School and held the role of Peer Learning Assistant at Missouri University of Science and Technology, where assistance was provided to students in LEAD-assisted courses. Early career experience includes an Ore Control Geology Internship at Nevada Gold Mines, contributing to mapping, sample collection, and drill planning, as well as serving as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Missouri University of Science and Technology. Vonnahme holds a degree in Geology with a focus on Petroleum Geology from Missouri University of Science and Technology, graduating in 2020.
