Mommo Tabatabai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and recruitment. Currently serving as the CEO and Founder of Niovi since March 2021, Mommo has a strong background that includes roles such as Head of Recruitment at Volvo Cars Design and Owner of Talent Management AB, both held in 2021. Additional experience includes being Global Head of Talent Management at Novacura and leading talent initiatives at Squeed as Head of Talent Management. Prior to these positions, Mommo was a Partner at Agile Search and worked as a Talent Manager at Netlight. A brief period of leave was taken between April 2018 and January 2019.
