Livius Trache

Livius Trache is a seasoned professional in the field of physics, currently serving as the Head Of Department at the Nuclear Physics Department of IFIN-HH since March 2020. With a long-standing association with the Horia Hulubei National Institute of Physics and Nuclear Engineering, Livius has held the positions of Senior Scientist 1 and Scientific Director since June 2012. Previously, Livius contributed to research at Texas A&M University as a Senior Research Scientist from September 1993 to January 2014. Livius Trache holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics from ICEFIZ Bucharest (1977-1987) and a Licentiate degree in Physics from the University of Bucharest (1971-1976).
