NIPPON KANZAI Co., Ltd. is a manager of buildings. The Building Management Operation segment involves in the provision of cleaning, facility maintenance, security, alarm and stationed security services for buildings, hotels and condominiums, and the reception and operator business based on the contractors' needs. The Environment Facility Management segment involves in the operational management of water, sewerage and rubbish treatment facilities, and water quality. The Real Estate Fund Management segment involves in the operation and arrangement of real estate funds, the investment in anonymous associations, the provision of investment consulting and asset management services, and the operation of buildings. The Others segment involves in the planning and operation of events, printing and designing, book binding, and the sale and brokerage of properties. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 18 subsidiaries and 25 associated companies.
