Ron Ciaffaglione

Ron Ciaffaglione has an extensive work experience in the underwriting field. Ron started their career as a Sales Representative at Cantor Fitzgerald in 2006. Ron then worked as a Consulting Underwriter at EmblemHealth from October 2006 to December 2012. After that, they joined Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey as an Underwriter II in January 2013 and stayed until October 2015. Ron then joined Nippon Life Benefits as an Assistant Vice President of Underwriting in October 2015 and was promoted to 2nd Vice President - Underwriting in May 2019. Currently, Ron holds the position of Vice President of Underwriting at Nippon Life Benefits.

Ron Ciaffaglione earned their Bachelor's degree in Finance from Iona University, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. Ron later pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with concentrations in Risk Management and Finance from Saint Peter's University, which they attended from 2013 to 2015.
