Steven Carter

Steven Carter is a seasoned management professional with extensive experience in project and program management across various engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Management Systems Manager at Nippon Seiki (Europe) B.V. since November 2012, Steven defines and implements strategies for Quality Management Systems while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. Previous roles include Business Unit Manager, Senior Business Project Manager, and Technical Programmes Manager at the same company, where Steven successfully led teams and managed cross-functional projects for leading automotive brands. Prior to Nippon Seiki, Steven held project management positions at Ultra Electronics PMES, Worcester Bosch, and Honeywell, contributing to complex engineering projects in defense, and aerospace industries. Steven holds a BEng(Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Birmingham City University and an HNC in Mechanical Engineering from North East Worcestershire College.
