Joanne Hope

Joanne Hope is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in talent management and compensation strategies. Currently serving as HR Director Talent & Reward at NSG Pilkington since November 2007, Joanne has held multiple roles within the organization, including HR Director Reward and HR Manager Remuneration & Global Finance. Prior to NSG Pilkington, Joanne worked at Pilkington from April 2003 to October 2007 as HR Manager for Group Technology/GHQ. Joanne holds a Master's degree in Chemistry from The University of Sheffield, earned between 1994 and 1998.
