Carolina Rodriguez Cacio has a diverse and extensive work experience in the media and entertainment industry. Carolina is currently the Chief Creative Officer (CCO) / International Content Development for Nippur Media, where they oversee the creative direction and development of international original series. Carolina builds and manages relationships with content partners in the U.S and Europe.

Prior to their current role, Carolina served as the Chief Operating Officer for CLAXSON, where they led teams across Latin America, including Brazil. Carolina was responsible for overseeing the development and production of original programming for Claxson channels, as well as managing content and production strategy for clients such as Turner, Netflix, and the U.S market.

Carolina also had previous experience as an Executive Producer for the TV show "The Amazing Race" in Argentina. Carolina worked as an Executive Producer for Canal 9, where they produced the famous late night show "La Pregunta Animal" and the TV show "Karaoke Global". Additionally, they served as a Production Manager for Nativa Contenidos, where they were involved in project development, production design, and execution of national and international projects.

Carolina Rodriguez Cacio's education history begins with their completion of high school at Balmoral College, where they obtained a Bilingual Baccalaureate. Carolina then pursued a degree in Communication Sciences, specializing in Journalism, at the University of Buenos Aires from 1997 to 2002. In 2006, Carolina enrolled in the Universidad Austral in Buenos Aires and earned a Master's degree in Communication. Afterwards, they attended Luisa Irene Ickowicz in 2007 to 2009 for Screenwriting Classes. In 2010, they briefly studied at Juan José Campanella, although the details of their degree or field of study are not provided.
