James Daley

James Daley is an accomplished operations and engineering leader with extensive experience in the medical device and industrial sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Engineering at Nipro Medical Corporation since December 2020, James oversees all site operations, ensuring the timely delivery of quality products while managing growth in sales and personnel with profit and loss responsibilities. Prior roles include Engineering Manager, where James managed R&D and manufacturing engineering, and Business Unit Manager for Western USA at Magneco/Metrel, responsible for pricing structures and global market strategies. James also held positions as Marketing and Engineering Manager and Engineering Project Manager, contributing significantly to product development and large-scale projects. James holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota Mines.
