Ray Huard

Ray Huard is an experienced journalist with a career spanning over four decades in political and government reporting. Currently serving as a reporter for the San Diego Business Journal since October 2017, Ray Huard previously worked as a freelance writer and part-time public information officer from May 2013 to October 2017, collaborating with various clients including Vista Unified School District and AARP Bulletin. Prior to that, Ray Huard held staff writer positions at The San Diego Union Tribune, North County Times, The Palm Beach Post, The Miami Herald, The Florida Times-Union, and the Lawence Eagle-Tribune, covering topics related to local and state politics as well as government issues. Ray Huard completed a Bachelor of Arts in English at Saint Anselm College from 1966 to 1970.
