Shivani Chauhan has been working in Talent Acquisition since 2022 with NIRA. Prior to that, they were a Subject Matter Expert (Team Leader) and Sales Associate Agent (Car Insurance) at Policybazaar.com from 2017 to 2021. From 2016 to 2017, they were an HR Intern at Team Computers Pvt Ltd, where they gained experience in talent acquisition by researching, understanding and improving their skills, and identifying and screening good resumes from different job searching platforms.

Shivani Chauhan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from GLA University, which they obtained in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Aryan Institute of Management Studies in India, which they obtained in 2015.
