Mr R D Shah, an eminent Chartered Accountant, is a practicing CA since 1959. He is instrumental in setting up the reputed accountancy firm ‘Rajendra D Shah & Company’. He is a seasoned practitioner in the areas of Direct Taxation, Auditing, Accounting and Management Audits, Corporate Planning and Restructuring, and Financial and Management Consulting.

Mr Shah has been the Director of Nirma Limited and Nirma Labs. He is also a member of various prominent professional bodies, including the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi; Bombay Chartered Accountants Association, Mumbai; Chartered Accountants Association, Ahmedabad; Income-tax Appellate Tribunal Bar Association, Ahmedabad; Income-tax Bar Association, Ahmedabad; Chamber of Tax Consultants, Mumbai; and, All India Federation of Tax Practitioners, Mumbai.
