Juliette Lau

Juliette Lau began their professional career in 1997 as a deputy club manager in Warwickshire, England. In 2001, they moved to Malaysia to take on the role of senior general manager for Fitness First. Juliette was responsible for regionalizing ‘British Set Up and Operating Procedures’ with respect to Sales & Marketing, Day-to-Day Operations & Management. After seven years with Fitness First, Lau became a consultant with Kelly Selection in 2009 and was promoted to principal consultant in 2010. In this role, they managed the Services Vertical overseeing a team of 3 Senior Consultants and 1 Research Consultant. In 2013, Lau joined the Niro Ceramic Group as their GM of Human Resources.

Juliette Lau has a BSc in Finance & Economics from UCL, and has also studied 'O' Levels and 'A' Levels at Concord College in Shrewsbury, England, as well as Uplands International School.

They work with Alex Ng - CEO, China & India, Bong Kuan Shin - Executive Vice-Chairman, and Derek Wong - GM, Domestic Sales. Their manager is Ian Kok, Managing Director.
