Wendy Heah currently serves as the Head of Digital, Marketing Communications & PR at Niro Ceramic Group since October 2019. Previously, Wendy held the position of Digital Marketing Lead at Parkway Pantai Limited from November 2017 to October 2019, focusing on digital strategy and campaign management within healthcare. Before that, Wendy was a Senior Manager - Online Business Technology at RHB Banking Group (March 2011 - November 2017), overseeing various aspects of digital marketing and user experience on financial platforms. Wendy's earlier experience includes roles as Head of Digital Marketing at Elken Sdn Bhd, Content Editor at AirAsia Bhd, and contributions to e-commerce and web marketing at Royal Selangor International and PhileoAllied Bank. Wendy's educational qualifications comprise the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and specialized training in Stock Market and Securities Law.
