Krina Damien, PhD has extensive work experience in the field of chemistry. Krina began their career in 2003 as a Research Assistant at the University of St Thomas. Krina then moved on to a similar role at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2005. In 2010, they joined Novartis as a Senior Analytical Scientist and Contract Scientist/Analyst. In 2013, they joined 3M as a Senior Product Development Chemist and Application Engineer, and a Senior Analytical Chemist and Chromatography Expert. In 2019, they began working as a Principal Chemist and R&D Project Leader at Niron Magnetics, Inc., and later as a Principal Chemist.

Krina Damien, PhD obtained their Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Krina also holds two B.A. degrees from the University of St. Thomas, one in Chemistry and one in Theology and Music.
