Wes Baish has been working in the engineering field since 2009. Wes began their career as a Campus Safety Dispatch at Gustavus Adolphus College. In 2012, they worked as a CMNS Intern at Hunt Utilities Group and then as an R & D Technician in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Design Engineer II at Manpower. In 2016, they worked as a Process Development Specialist at NanoMotif LLC. In 2017, they worked as an Instrument Services Specialist II at Pace Analytical. In 2018, they began working at Sciencix as a Test Lab Engineer, where they independently led R&D for HPLC consumables business diversification and startup projects, designed and fabricated custom process assemblies, tools, and test equipment, designed and tested validation criteria for complex HPLC NPD, maintained a 28K sq. ft. precision assembly facility, led EHS activities and initiatives, and operated as safety team manager. Wes is currently employed at Niron Magnetics, Inc. as an Equipment Engineer.

Wes Baish attended Gustavus Adolphus College from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Chemistry.
