Earlier in the career, Eli was an Account and Projects Manager at Ortal Human Resources, establishing a self-profit unit in the human resources sector. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from Bar-Ilan University, a Human Resources Management degree from the University of Derby, an Out Door Training Facilitator certification from Levinsky-Wingate Academic College, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the Academy of Excellence.
