Shamaila Khan, PHR

Shamaila Khan, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Shamaila began their career as a Researcher at Brandeis University Biological Physics Lab in 2014. After that, they worked as a Daycare Teacher at Lemberg Children's Center from 2014 to 2017. In 2018, Shamaila joined Kappa Beta Gamma International Headquarters as the Vice President of USA Compliance, a position they held until 2020. In the same year, they started working at RxAdvance, where they progressed through multiple roles, including Marketing and Business Development Analyst, Talent and Marketing Strategist, Human Resources & Talent Lead, and Manager of Human Resources and Talent. Currently, they serve as the Director of Human Resources & Talent at RxAdvance.

Shamaila Khan, PHR, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Health: Science Society and Policy, along with a minor in Hispanic Studies, from Brandeis University. Shamaila attended Brandeis University from 2013 to 2017. In January 2021, they achieved the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
