Riley Little, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

In 2010, Riley began their career as an Administrative Support Assistant at the Department of the Interior. They then moved on to Christopher Newport University, where they served as a Media Center Manager, responsible for training service desk employees and providing assistance to patrons, faculty, and staff with media-related services.

In 2012, Riley joined the Bonner Foundation as a Bonner Senior Intern for the CNU Bonner Service Scholars program. They facilitated weekly meetings and training sessions for program participants, oversaw the web-based reporting system, and created and managed a program website. They also served as a resource to help students complete their required service hours.

Following their time at the Bonner Foundation, Riley joined Sigma Phi Epsilon as a Regional Director, implementing programs and overseeing chapter operations. They then became the Balanced Man Program Director, responsible for coordinating the program's activities. Lastly, they served as the Campus-based Programs Director and BMP App Administrator, managing the application and implementation of campus-based programs.

In 2017, Riley transitioned to FTI Consulting, initially working as a Senior Associate on the Global Learning and Development Team. Their responsibilities included being the Learning Management System Administrator and overseeing the use, training, and reporting of the Saba platform. Later, they became the Learning and Development Manager, leading the Global Learning and Development Operations Team and supporting firm-wide training, education, and talent development initiatives.

Currently, Riley is the Director of Talent and Human Resources at Censeo Consulting Group. This strategy and operations consulting firm focuses on helping mission-driven organizations enhance their capabilities. As the Director, Riley is in charge of talent management and human resources, ensuring that the organization prioritizes people and achieves meaningful change.

Riley Little, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Christopher Newport University. In February 2021, Riley obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
