Ljubomir Stankovic

Ljubomir Stankovic is a highly experienced mechanical engineer with a notable career in project management and engineering roles within the energy sector. Currently serving as Lead Mechanical Engineer at NIS a.d. Novi Sad since June 2023, Ljubomir has previously held significant positions such as Project Coordinator at GOŠA MONTAŽA AD BEOGRAD, where involvement included the MITSUBISHI POWER Flue Gas Desulphurization Project at Power Plant TENT-A OBRENOVAC. Past experience also includes roles as Project Consultant at DECO Engineering DOO and General Superintendent at McDermott International Inc., with a focus on complex construction projects such as the delayed coking unit at the Pančevo Refinery. Ljubomir's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Belgrade and certification as an International Welding Engineer from the International Institute of Welding.
