Mikhail Naugolnov

Mikhail Naugolnov has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Mikhail began their career as an Oil Field Operator at Gazpromneft-Noyabrskneftegaz in 2009. Mikhail then worked as an EOR laborant for the National Mineral and Raw Materials University "Gorny" until 2011. After that, Mikhail joined Total E&P as a Field Operations Junior Engineer, where they were responsible for Commissioning & Field Operations of the Kharyaga Oil Field.

In 2013, they joined Gazpromneft-NTC, starting as a Research & Development Engineer and later transitioning to the role of Lead R&D Engineer. During their time at Gazpromneft-NTC, Mikhail was involved in various activities including reservoir engineering, simulation models, well optimization, and oil field development design. Mikhail also developed VBA-tools for automating reservoir engineering processes.

In 2020, Mikhail became the Head of Digital Projects Department at NIS a.d. Novi Sad, where they currently work. In addition, they have also served as an External Consultant at Practicum since 2021.
