Milan Mihajlovic has a diverse work experience in the engineering and mechanical field. From 2007-2010, they worked as an Engineer for process equipment at AD Ratar Pančev where they were responsible for the manufacture of food products and the maintenance of milling industry equipment. In 2010, Milan joined NIS a.d. Novi Sad as a Lead engineer for process equipment, overseeing the maintenance and inspection of heat exchangers, air coolers, and ejectors. Milan then progressed to roles such as Lead Mechanical Engineer, Mechanic, and Lead Mechanic of Group Unit 1, where they managed various production units and supervised maintenance activities. Currently, Milan serves as the Head of the mechanical department in production unit 1 at NIS a.d. Novi Sad.
Milan Mihajlovic obtained their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in the field of Process and Environmental Engineering from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Belgrade. Milan pursued their education from 1997 to 2015. In addition to their degree, Milan also holds additional certifications. These include a Certificate in Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt Training from NIS Gazprom Neft, which they obtained in 2017. Milan also has a Certificate in Visual Testing Level 2 (VT2) from Sector Cert Makedonija Ltd. Training, Qualification, and Certification acc. EN ISO 9712, which they obtained in May 2015.
