Nikola Lalic

Nikola Lalic is an experienced Lead Rotating Equipment Engineer specializing in vibration analysis at NIS Gazprom Neft since December 2014. With a focus on machinery diagnostics, Nikola conducts Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and evaluates Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) of process equipment. Previous roles include Specialist for Rotary Equipment at NIS AD Novi Sad and Engineer for Vibrodiagnostics at NIS Naftagas, where significant contributions were made in measuring, analyzing, and diagnosing vibrations on rotating equipment. Nikola also participated in the commissioning and start-up of the Mild Hydrocracking Plant. An educational background includes a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade.
