Tamara Komatina

Tamara Komatina is an experienced professional in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and recruitment, currently serving as an HSE Expert at NIS a.d. Novi Sad since September 2022. Previously, Tamara held the position of Senior Environment Health Safety Specialist and Plant QHSE Leader at Novares Group, where responsibilities included risk assessment preparation and the establishment of fire protection policies. In addition, Tamara worked as a Recruiter at Referrizer LLC and as an HSE Officer at DND zaštita na radu. Tamara's earlier experience includes an accounting role at Novares Group and public relations management with AIESEC. Tamara holds a Master's degree in Hazardous Materials Management and Waste Technology from the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from the Technical Faculty "Mihajlo Pupin."
