Zvonko Nikolic

Zvonko Nikolic has extensive work experience in the legal field. Zvonko began their career as a trainee at the Municipal Court in Novi Sad in 2004 and worked there until 2007. Zvonko then joined NIS Gazprom Neft - Oil Refinery in Novi Sad as a Legal Officer from 2007 to 2009. After that, they joined NIS a.d. Novi Sad and held various positions, including Coordinator for Legal Affairs and Expert-coordinator for Legal Affairs, Directorate for Legal Affairs. Zvonko later became an Expert for drafting the PoA and the procedure for harmonization of out-of-court PoA. From 2021 to 2023, they were the Head of Legal Support Services and Head of the Group for the development and Legal Processes Support, where they were responsible for legal operations such as LegalTech, budgeting, training, and development strategy.

Zvonko Nikolic began their education in 1997 at the Faculty of Law - University of Novi Sad, where they pursued a degree in law. This program lasted until 2003, during which they gained a foundation in the general aspects of law. Following this, from 2007 to 2015, Zvonko continued their studies at the same institution, specializing in commercial law. Zvonko successfully completed the program and was awarded the degree of Magister of commercial law science. Zvonko'sfocus of study during this period was on the legal position of creditors with separate satisfaction and creditors with exclusion rights.
