Clayton T. Hoyt

Clay oversees NISA’s Data Management Group, which is responsible for Data Engineering, Master Data Management, and Data Governance.

Clay joined NISA’s IT Operations team in 2012 and transitioned to the lead the newly formed Data Management team in 2022. Before joining NISA, he worked as a database administrator and application developer for the U.S. Air Force and wrote electronic medical records software for chiropractors. He holds a BS in Human Biology and a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Logan University in St. Louis.
