Dele Babalola

Dele Babalola is an experienced professional in Clinical Data Management, currently serving as Senior Director at Beam Therapeutics since September 2025. Previously, Dele held similar senior roles at Morphic Therapeutic and Apellis Pharmaceuticals, focusing on the development and implementation of data management strategies, global standardization of processes, and collaboration with biostatistics and programming teams. With extensive experience in managing data management teams at Alcon, AbbVie, and Abbott Laboratories, Dele has successfully led clinical trial initiatives across multiple therapeutic areas and has a strong background in training and outsourcing strategies.
