Michael Paul

Michael Paul is a seasoned software engineer and IT leader with extensive experience in the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Salesforce Senior Software Engineer/Developer/Analyst at NISA Investment Advisors, LLC since February 2020, Michael's responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to identify business issues, managing complex Salesforce configurations, and enhancing system performance. Previously, as Vice President of Information Technology at MiTek Industries, Inc., Michael oversaw significant acquisition integrations and led a major migration to Office 365, enhancing technological capabilities for over 5,000 users. Michael also held the position of Director of Corporate Information Technology, where notable accomplishments included the elimination of over 600 custom reports and the implementation of MS CRM to streamline sales processes. Michael holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and Management Information Systems from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
