Kodiak Hill-Davis has a diverse work experience in government affairs, political advocacy, and law. Kodiak is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Government Affairs at the Niskanen Center, where they previously held the role of Vice President. Kodiak has also worked as the Director of Government Affairs at the same organization.

In addition, Kodiak has been part of the Leadership Team at the Diversity in Government Relations Coalition, aiming to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the government relations industry. Kodiak is the Founder and Political Director of Republican Women for Progress, where they empower Republican women to run for elected office and provides support in policy training, debate preparation, and media placement.

Kodiak has experience in legal work as well. Kodiak served as a Senior Associate at David Turch & Associates and worked as a Student Law Clerk at the D.C. Department of Forensic Sciences and The Carlberg Law Firm. Their responsibilities included creating legal documents, conducting research, and assisting with various legal procedures.

Lastly, Kodiak Hill-Davis worked as a Lobbyist at David Turch & Associates, where they developed legislative solutions and organized educational campaigns for clients. Kodiak began their career in government as a Staff Assistant for Representative Nancy L. Johnson, handling administrative tasks, managing correspondence, and assisting with press-related duties.

Kodiak Hill-Davis completed a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and European History at Smith College in 2005. Subsequently, Kodiak pursued higher education at George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School and obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree by 2015.
