Mamta Yadav has over 13 years of experience in Human Resources. Yadav began their career as an HR Trainee at Piaggio Group in 2006. In 2007, they joined Neilsoft pvt. ltd as a Human Resources Executive. During their tenure, they assisted in managing the entire cycle of the training & development and organised more than 500 training programs. Yadav also designed the skill matrix and prepared Training Needs Analysis (TNA). In 2011, Mamta joined Fermion Infotech Private Limited as an HR Manager. In this role, they handled end to end hiring cycle and hired more than 200 people. Yadav also designed KRA based PMS and created 50 KRAs. In addition, they implemented software testing performance rating system and HR software Grey-tip. In 2015, Mamta joined Nisos Technologies as a Senior Manager Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for establishing metrics that measure the business performance of HR initiatives. Yadav also took care of complete gamut of activities pertaining to talent acquisition across the business lines. Furthermore, they worked with stakeholders to diagnose, design, deliver and evaluate OD Interventions that improved organisational effectiveness.

Yadav Mamta obtained their MBA in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Social Service between 2002 and 2004.
