Cedric Demiko Goodman

Cedric Demiko Goodman, M.A., is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the utility and energy sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Category Management Gas Operations at NiSource since April 2025, Cedric is responsible for procurement and commodity strategy, achieving enterprise sourcing targets, and developing supplier partnerships while leading a skilled team. Prior roles include Manager of the Operations Center at Columbia Gas of Virginia, where Cedric ensured safe system operations across multiple territories, and Manager-Superintendent at Pride Utility Construction Co., overseeing natural gas main installation operations. Cedric has also held leadership positions at Baker Hughes and Spencer Ogden, with a brief career as a wide receiver for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Cedric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Management from The University of Georgia, a second Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Daytona State College, and a Master’s Degree in Theological Studies from Austin Graduate School of Theology.
