Nancy Maynard

Nancy Maynard is an experienced leader in damage prevention strategy and centralized operations at NiSource, where Nancy has held various managerial roles since 2009, including Director of Damage Prevention Strategy & Centralized Operations since January 2017. Responsibilities include managing centralized operations involving state one call tickets, overseeing project management teams focused on reducing excavation damages, and developing strategic plans to protect underground infrastructure. Prior to this, Nancy held several financial management roles within NiSource, including managing significant capital programs and budgets. Nancy's earlier career also includes positions in finance and operations management at Resource Systems and sales operations at The Longaberger Company. Nancy earned an MBA in Finance from Franklin University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University.
