Rex Thiessen is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades, including roles such as Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist at Nisqually Red Wind Casino since September 2020. Previous positions include HR roles at Stanley Black & Decker, Refrigeration Unlimited LLC, and Lowe's Home Improvement, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions and employee relations. Rex's expertise also extends to managing HR functions at Reser's Fine Foods and Bridgetown Bakery, where contributions included developing benefits packages and ensuring employee engagement. A graduate of Portland State University with an M.B.A. in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Evergreen State College, Rex combines technical and managerial skills to drive effective HR strategies.
