Jordi Martorell

Jordi Martorell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at Nissan Motor Corporation since October 2006, currently serving as Director of Business Transformation & Growth for Europe, Middle East, Africa, India, and Oceania. In this role, Jordi is responsible for developing business strategies for growth in new products and business models, including the Charging Business, V2X & Home Energy Management Systems, and Circular Economy Strategy. Previously held positions include Program Director/P&L owner for Vehicle Lines, Engineering Manager for Nissan Diesel Engine development, Head of Department for Vehicle Test, and Lead Engineer for Engine Development. Jordi also has experience as an Engine Calibration Engineer at Renault and as a Manufacturing Engineer at Ford. Educational qualifications include a Program of Management Development from IESE Business School, a Master of Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de València, a Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ford Motor Company Technical School, and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Liverpool John Moores University.
