Sonia Bilbao

Sonia Bilbao is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as the Americas Regional Head of Executive Talent Attraction Acquisition at Nissan Motor Corporation since January 2018, Sonia has also held the positions of National Head of Talent Acquisition COE and TA Executives Manager within the organization. In addition, Sonia is the Socio Director at Devant Consultores, a head hunting firm, since August 2006. Sonia holds a Master's degree in Neuropsychology from Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Iberoamericana in Ciudad de México.
