Tom Alvado

Tom Alvado is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Senior Interior Trim Engineer at Nissan Motor Corporation since August 2019, Tom previously held various roles at General Motors from February 2003 to February 2019, including Senior Performance Engineer, Senior Design Release Engineer, and Lead Engineer. In these roles, Tom was responsible for optimizing performance in full-size trucks, SUVs, and crossovers, interfacing with design studios, and leading the development of interior trim products. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Design, Engineering, and Management from Central Michigan University.
