Between 2014 and 2019, Adam worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they held various roles including Senior Manager, Supply Chain, Supply Chain Manager, and Sourcing Manager. Adam also has experience teaching as a Part-Time Instructor at Western Michigan University from 2016 to 2018. Earlier in their career, Adam worked at Parker Aerospace as an Operations Team Leader - Supply Chain and Planner Specialist. Before that, they held the position of Shipping and Receiving Supervisor at Johnson Controls Automotive. Adam also worked as a Logistics Manager at Safari Circuits and held positions at Stryker as a Production Supervisor and Planner.
Adam Custis completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from DePauw University, where they attended from 1996 to 2000. Adam also pursued a brief study abroad program at the University of Aberdeen in 1999, specializing in Economics. In 2013, Custis furthered their education by gaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General.
