NISSIN KOGYO CO., LTD. is mainly involved in the manufacture and sale of automobile braking systems and parts. The Company has two business segments. The Automotive Components segment provides four-wheel vehicle parts, including vehicle stability assist systems, anti-lock braking systems (ABS), disc brakes, drum brakes, clutch master cylinders and engine mount brackets, as well as two-wheel vehicle parts, including ABSs, disc brakes, drum brakes, brake master cylinders and clutch master cylinders, among others. The Others segment is involved in the manufacture and sale of cutting tools and others. As of March 31, 2014, the Company has 16 subsidiaries and four associated companies.
