Jhansi Mandadi has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering. Jhansi currently holds the position of Principal Software Engineer at Nisum, which they started in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Tectoro Consulting Pvt. Ltd. as a Tech lead from March 2015 to February 2023.

Jhansi Mandadi completed their Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada from 2009 to 2013.
