Raj Laxmi

Raj Laxmi's work experience begins in 2013, where they worked as an IT Recruiter at Global Data Mart Inc. In 2016, they joined Gemini Consulting & Services as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for sourcing candidates and interviewing consultants. In 2017, they became a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist at AVANI Technology Solutions Inc, where they continued to source candidates for various clients. They then moved to Nisum in 2019 as a Sr. Recruitment Coordinator/ Talent Analytics, where they coordinated recruiting processes and designed reports. In 2021, they took on the role of Lead Recruitment Coordinator at Nisum before transitioning to their current role as a Global Recruitment Operations Executive, responsible for supporting recruitment teams and managing interview coordination.

Raj Laxmi completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Ranchi University. This occurred from 2007 to 2010. Later, from 2010 to 2012, Raj Laxmi pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a focus on Management at the Integral Institute of Advanced Management.
