Sebastián Brant

Sebastián Brant is the current head of Ki at Nisum, and they have been in the technology field for over 19 years. Sebastián has held various positions during their career, including General Manager, Division Manager for GET (Government, Education, and Transportation), Division Manager for SFI (Financial Services and International), Operations Manager, Processes and Consulting Manager, SEPG Manager, and more. Sebastián has been responsible for leading the growth of the GET division at Ki Teknology, where they have not only supported the growth of their accounts, but also the growth of the company. Sebastián has also been in charge of the SFI division (Financial Services and International) supporting the expansion of the company in its process of internationalization. In addition, they have led the Operations management team, consolidating long-term relationships with customers. Sebastián has also led the support area for the company that seeks through metrics, observation and participation of teams, continuous improvement in development and management processes by incorporating agile practices into the company's methodology. Sebastián has also led the adaptation and adoption of Software Engineering processes, aiming at the CMMI evaluation of the company, as well as at ISO 9000 certification. Sebastián Brant has been working in various relevant positions at Kepler Technology since 2002 and then at Ki Teknology. Sebastián has worked as a Project Auditor, Software Engineering Processes Consultant, highlighting the Tutelkan Project (www.tutelkan.org) in which we implemented Ki Process in 4 companies. Sebastián led the Consulting and Processes area of ​​the organization, covering PPQA, Software Processes Engineering, Organizational Training (OT), Organizational Process Focus (OPF) and Organizational Process Definition (OPD). Sebastián worked as Chief of Software Projects from 2004 onwards, leading projects of different sizes, industries, platforms and complexities, highlighting developments at Banco Itaú , DERCO , INN , Grupo Principal , ING Capital (Bansander) , CONAMA , Indumotora , Presto , Claro Chile among others . Sebastián was Operations Manager at Ki Teknology from November 2011 and since February 2013 they have held the position of Division Manager, first for SFI (Financial Services and International) and since May 2016 for GET (Government , Education and Transportation).

Sebastián Brant has a Master of Business Administration from Universidad del Desarrollo, a Diplomado de Innovación de Negocios TI from Universidad del Desarrollo, and an Ingeniero Civil from Universidad de Las Américas (CL).
