Ross Neely is an experienced professional in IT service delivery and technical support, currently serving as Service Delivery Manager and previously holding roles in Security, Compliance and Monitoring Management and Senior Engineering at Nitec Solutions since July 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure at Apple Retail as Lead Genius from July 2008 to July 2021, and roles as Technical Support Specialist at both Fujitsu and BT from September 2007 to May 2008 and May 2005 to September 2007, respectively. Ross Neely holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Information Security and Digital Forensics from The Open University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Queen's University Belfast. Education also includes attendance at Ballymena Academy and Cambridge House Grammar.
