Tien Le has a diverse range of work experience in digital marketing and communications. Starting in 2012, Tien worked as a Communication Intern at NHPTV, where they wrote and designed copy for various platforms and provided general administrative support. In 2013, Tien interned as a News Report Intern at KPIX CBS5, assisting with news production and investigative stories. From 2014 to 2016, Tien held roles as a Video Production Assistant at Newport Television Inc, a Graduate Assistant at The University of Tampa, and an Electronic Marketing Assistant at GTE Financial, gaining experience in coordinating TV shows, conducting data analysis, and leading marketing initiatives. Tien then worked as a Digital Marketing Coordinator at WilsonHCG from 2016 to 2016, developing and executing digital marketing strategies. Tien also freelanced on Upwork as a Marketing professional, offering services in various areas of digital marketing from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Tien is the Head of Digital Marketing Services at Niteco, where they oversee digital marketing operations.

Tien Le has a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Colby-Sawyer College, which was obtained from 2011 to 2014. They then pursued a Master's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business from 2014 to 2016. In 2017, Tien completed a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp. They also earned a Nanodegree in Data Science from Udacity during the same period. In 2010 and 2011, Tien studied Communications and Business Marketing at Carroll University. Furthermore, Tien has obtained various certifications in areas such as HubSpot Solutions Partner, Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, Optimizely Certified Experimentation Strategist, Google Adwords, Google Analytics Individual Qualification, HubSpot Certification, and Inbound Certification.
